Western Split Cowhide Leather Chaps
Beautiful, soft western chaps (pronounced shaps). These are actually leather leggings worn as protection against the weather, rocks, brush and harsh weather conditions, but also worn in the show rings as equitation style chaps. Motorcycle enthusiasts enjoy this style of chap as a "dressy look" as well as protection from the elements.
There are other styles of chaps also. The "Shotgun" style chap is a tight-legged chap and many motorcycle riders prefer this style.
The "Chinks" are a short chap that ends just below the knee.
