If You Need to Cancel an Order You Just Placed:

Simply let us know by e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order and you will be refunded in full.
After 24 hours, more than likely your order has already been processed, packed and ready to ship. If the shipment has left our premises and you refuse the delivery, the customer will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee charge to cover our costs of return postage.
