Company Policies
We will make every effort to fill orders and ensure arrival as quickly as possible. We ship most in stock items within 24 to 48 business hours. You should receive your order within 7 business days from shipment date.
Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays. If there will be an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
If an item is back ordered, we will notify you by e-mail and send the full order when the back ordered item arrives. Partial order shipment is available by request by sending an e-mail to: salesandpromos@bikersheadquarters.com; however, shipping and handling costs must be applied to each separate shipment.
We have added the option of Insurance for your shipment if you so desire. Insurance will protect you against damaged or lost merchandise.
We have also added an option of delivery confirmation for an extra charge.
